POSITION – IT Recruiters
Role:
Play an individual contributor or manage the team recruiters to analyze internal and external resource requirements (*developers, QA, data scientist etc) and execute end to end hiring process.
Job Description:
  • Owning the sourcing to acquisition processes from search till bringing the talent on board.
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment activity right from requirement gathering till requirement closure of the assigned positions.
  • Identifies target companies, user groups, professional groups to search and find top professionals.
  • Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for top candidates.
Experience Required:
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Basic knowledge on IT tech-stacks.
  • Knowledge on Job portals
Great to have:
  • Exceptional and proven written communication and organization skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent time management
