PROVAB signs a deal with TAP2Health to deliver a digital healthcare platform with mobile apps (News / 2022)

PROVAB, a leading IT product and consulting company, signed a definitive agreement with TAP2Health (Malaysia) to deliver a next-gen digital healthcare platform. With another key customer under its cap, PROVAB further strengthens its digital capabilities in the healthcare domain across Asia.
About TAP2Health - Tap2health Sdn Bhd is a leading healthcare solution provider that runs a wholesale pharmacy business, conducts various wellness programs in addition to providing consultancy services in the healthcare and wellness domain. Tap2Health is in continuous pursuit of the next big thing in healthcare.
Solution Overview -
Healthcare engine with a seamless interface among doctors, patients and diagnostic centers to manage end to end activities like appointments, health checkups / test bookings and reporting. Native mobile apps for all the business / functional entities within the engine.

Business Requirement -
Splash Screen
  • Once the application is downloaded by the user, the first screen will be the ‘Splash Screen’ of the application which will display the following information:
    • Logo
    • Title of the application
  • Introductory Screens before taking to the login screen. (UI need to be given by customer)
  • This is needed for first time users. (once the application has been installed)
  • After a few seconds, user/visitor will be redirected to a new screen where he has to select type of user he is:
    • Patient
    • Doctor
  • Users can either login into the application (if he is an existing user) or can sign up as a new user only after selecting the user type.
Sign up and Login (EndUser/Doctor)
  • In order to login into the application, user has to enter the following details:
    • Registered Email
    • Password
  • Sign up and Login with Google / Facebook and email.
  • Once the user’s entered details are verified, user can navigate in the application
  • A link to ‘Forgot Password’ will be present in the login screen Clicking on ‘Forgot Password’ will redirect the user to the forgotten password screen where the user has to enter the email registered with the application. The verification will be done with the help of reset password link shared via email and once verified, user will be asked to change the password by entering:
    • New password
    • Confirm New Password
  • At the time of login, the user will be asked to allow the application to access the device location in order to list the results on the basis of location.
  • System will automatically redirect to the respective section depending on the User Type.
  • User need to enter his email which will be verified to have the further access to the app
  • When a user will click on the ‘Register as a New User’ option on login screen, he will be redirected to a new section where he has to fill in the following form in order to create his account in the application:
    • Full Name
    • Mobile number
    • Email ID
    • Password
    • Re-enter Password
  • Once he submits all the information, his account will get created and he will get redirected to the Home page of the application.
  • For Doctors, only post approval by the Admin personnel, users will be allowed to access the application.
  • Doctors users need to submit the following:
    • Registration Certificate
    • Drug License/Practice License
  • Customer name and email verification is required if user sign up by using email
  • Terms & Conditions - Users need to be accepted for data authorization like Geo location.
PROFILE SETTING (End User/ Doctor)
  • Basic settings (mandatory at the time of placing the order)
  • Basic settings will include features like -
    • Mobile
    • location (work / home)
    • Beneficiary contact details (Fields will be defined by client in detailing part)
    • This is a profile settings page with mobile number and address as mandatory fields.
    • Mobile number needs to be verified with OTP for using the services.
    • This page opens when he has selected a service and the profile is not updated yet. This is to be the last step of a service request.
Home (End Users)
  • The home screen of the application will allow users to navigate to different sections of the application.
  • On this screen, user will have the following options:
    • Consultation
    • Online Doctors
    • Chat
    • Video Call (Third party API)
    • Schedule an Appointment
    • Lab request
    • History
  • Consultation (active / past )
    • My Account & Notifications
    • Search option will be provided to the users
Home (Doctor)
  • The home screen of the application will allow doctors to navigate to different sections of the application.
  • On this screen, doctor will have the following options:
    • Patients History
    • Consultation history of the active requests
    • Appointment
    • Schedule appointments list with date and time
    • Calendar view - with his calendar view which includes doctor’s entire calendar and bookings in a unique color
      • Profile
      • Manage Schedule
      • Notifications
      • Ratings and reviews
      • Support Chat
    • Chat support is available for customer service between doctor and active consultations between doctors and patients
    • Upload functionality to attach files in the form of PDF documents/image .JPEG format
    • User calls will be triggered on the doctor panel with the link to access the profile of customer calling. This information will be provided as per the third party assistance
Profile (End User)
My Profile: When a user will click on ‘My Profile’ option on the Home screen, he will be redirected to his profile section where he can manage(view and edit):
  • Name
  • Email (won’t be editable)
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Profile Image
  • Password o If any detail is edited in ‘My Profile’ section and submitted successfully,
the same will get reflected on his profile detail.
Profile (Doctor)
  • When a doctor will click on ‘Profile’ option on the home screen, he will be redirected to his profile section where he can manage (view and edit):
    • Name
    • Email(not editable)
    • Phone Number
    • Address
    • Profile Image
    • Profile Image
  • If any detail is edited in ‘Profile’ section and submitted successfully, the same will get reflected on his profile detail.
Business Requirement 3
Manage Schedule (Doctor)
  • Doctor’s will have a section from where they can manage their availability in terms of date and time.
  • When a doctor will click on the Manage Schedule option on the Home Page, he will be redirected to the new screen with a calendar option where he can set his/her timings on a specific calendar date.
  • Also will select separate Slots in the calendar for Online Consultation (Text chat)
Consultation (End Users)
  • When a user clicks on the Consultation screen, he will be redirected to a list of doctors which are registered with the application.
  • The listing will contain information like:
    • Doctor’s name
    • Profile Image
    • Specialization
    • Star Ratings
  • On clicking a particular listing, user will be redirected to a new page which will contain following information about the doctor:
    • Doctor’s name
    • Profile Image
    • Specialization
    • About
    • Consulting Time
    • Star Ratings
    • Book Now Option
  • Book Now: It will allow users to book an appointment with the doctor as per the schedule. In order to book any appointments, user will have to fill in the following details:
    • Patient name
    • Phone number
    • Email
    • Gender
    • Age
  • Booking Type:
    • Text Chat(Online Consultation)
    • Video Call on Date or Time
  • Search option will be provided to the users from where they can type any keyword (doctor’s name or specialty) and listing will appear as per the search query.
Appointment - Consultation (Doctor)
  • Symptoms
  • oUser can search doctor for consultation or appointment by using
  • symptoms
  • When a doctor will click on ‘Appointment’ option on the home, he will be redirected to his appointment listing section where he can view appointment information under two tabs:
    • Past Appointments
    • Upcoming Appointments
  • Appointment detail page will contain information like:
    • o Date of Appointment
    • Time of Appointment
    • Patient’s Name
    • Doctor can also see Patient Previous health cards
    • Phone Number
    • Gender
    • Age
  • Consultation
    • Online: Initiate the Chat/Video Call, Chat window will automatically close as the slot ends.
  • Socket based chat will be implemented.
  • Text based chat with Image or PDF or .doc sharing feature.
  • Less than 5MB files can be uploaded
  • Text Chat history will be maintained.
  • If offline: Mark as Consultation Over. o Post consultation, a health card would be provided where all the medicines should be added from the system along with some additions remarks. There would be a search bar provided from where Doctors can search with Composition name or Medicine name to add in the respective patient’s health card. o Doctor can summarise the problem and diagnosis of the patient o Doctor can recommend for the lab test by selecting the respective test.
Notification
  • The system will generate notification on the following cases:
  • End Users:
  • When an appointment has been booked. o When a consultation has been done o When health card has been updated.
  • Chat notification
  • Doctors:
    • When an appointment has been booked.
    • When a consultation is about to start, 10 mins prior
    • Notification on web and mobile app for when customer calls with link tocustomers consultation requirements (symptoms etc) and basic profile details.
    • This link initiates a panel to have an overall view of the patient and request typer
Business requirement 4 (Lab Centers)
Lab Test Management(Diagnostic Center)
  • Lab tests can be managed by the Lab owners. Can manage the Lab tests
Order History (Diagnostic Center)
  • When a user will click on ‘Order History’ option on the home, he will be redirected to his order listing section where he can view orders done by the user:
  • Each listing item would contain information like:
    • Order ID
    • Customer name
    • Date of order
    • Amount
  • On the detail page of each order, following information can be seen by the user:
    • Order ID
    • Customer name
    • Date of order
    • Time order
    • Doctor Information
    • Amount
    • Payment Status o Lab Test information
    • Status
    • In Process
    • Completed
Business requirement 5 (Pharmacy)
Pharmacy
Users will get medicine orders, which they can accept or reject.
Order History (Pharmacy)
  • When a user will click on ‘Order History’ option on the home, he will be redirected to his order listing section where he can view orders done by the user:

    • Customer name
    • Date of order
    • Amount
  • On the detail page of each order, following information can be seen by the user:
