Janata Curfew on 22nd March 2020
"Don't Leave Homes Unless Absolutely Necessary"
This was the main message, which our honorable Prime Minister conveyed while addressing the nation over the ongoing pandemic COVID -19 which has sent out chills across the globe.
He called for the Janta Curfew on 22nd March 2020, Sunday between 7 am and 9 pm. This basically means that the entire nation will be locked down on that day. Janta curfew means for the public, curfew imposed by the public on its own and every citizen should follow Janta curfew on this Sunday, March 22, from 7 am to 9 pm.
The entire world is undergoing this crisis, which has made us see heartbreaking scenario’s over the past two months. Well, all of us follow the news day in day out and every hour about this. We should well appreciate the efforts our government has taken in terms of the precautionary measures in terms of isolating and not being in the crowd unnecessarily.
In accordance to this, the corporates all around the states are acting accordingly and helping it’s staff to stay safe as they are the main asset to any organization. This leads to the unnecessary crowd gathering at one place and avoids the serious impact of the widespread virus.
Some of the key points, which can help us all in fighting this menace.
- Maintain social distancing
- Have a minimal distance of 1metre with the ones having the symptoms of the COVID - 19 (Cold,Cough & Sneezing)
- Wash your hands thoroughly and keep it clean probably with the alcohol based hand wash or a soap
- If you are feeling unwell stay back at home and rest, if feeling uneasy in breathing followed by fever do reach out to the COVID - 19 helpline (+91-11-23978046) and seek the medicos assistance
- Use tissue paper or try to sneeze or cough using your upper sleeve and not your hands
Let’s be a responsible citizen and act right to the crisis by abiding to the instructions given by the WHO & our Government. By staying indoors, being safe and let others be safe around. It’s the time to respect the Medicos around the globe who are striving hard every minute during these scary and fierce situations by doing a bit from our end. In support of the “Janata Curfew” called by the government last evening we shall all along with our dear ones stay indoors for the next coming weeks and combat this virus together.
