What are the skills available in your offshore outsourcing model for hiring dedicated web developers for our project?

What is the experience level of your web designers and web developers?
Our web developers and web designers have an average experience level of 3+ years with a minimum of five successful project implementations.
Do I own the copyrights of the work?
Yes, after the final payment the code is handed over to you and you are the owner of that web application or software.
What is the reporting system?
You will have daily reporting system and get the daily records and worklog. Communicate by calls, Instant Messenger and Email. In this way you can monitor the progress on daily or weekly basis.
What are the work timings?
We work between Monday to Friday - 9 hours a day - 45 hours a week. Saturdays and Sundays are non – working weekends for us. The team will however report to work to match delivery deadlines of projects running on stringent timelines.
What if I am not satisfied with the assigned web developer?
You could escalate the issue to the business account manager and the developer will be replaced on priority basis.
Can I hire more than one person or a Team ?
Yes , You can hire a web developer / designer or a team of web developers as per your project requirements.

What are your charges per hour for a web developer and web designer?
For a dedicated web developer and web designer, we charge 12$ per hour onwards, based on the experience needed. For a mobile application developer we charge 20$ per hour.
What are the different models to hire web developer & web designer?
We provide the web developers & designers on FP – Fixed Price & TnM – Time & Material, both models.
Do i need to pay any additional cost like compensation, paid vacation, insurance, training cost ?
You do not need to pay anything extra.
